Don't Forget to Keep it Simple!
As we continue to grow in the Lord and His Word there are a few things we need to remember. This Earth is Gods responsibility, we may have authority given by Jesus but at the end of the day, Jesus owns the ball and the game as well.
Proverbs 3: 5-6 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
When our trust is in the Lord and we believe that He is, in fact, God and Lord, we acknowledge Him, and come under His authority, God actually steps into our lives, directs, helps, and influences things in His favor.
(His favor is actually our favor)
When we go about our daily lives, we get into the routine of life and stability comes as we are more proficient at managing our lives. It can be easily forgotten that there is an unseen hand behind us. God is with us and for us at all times.
Luke 12:22-28 And He said to His disciples, "For this reason I say to you, do not worry about your life, as to what you will eat; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. “For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. "Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap; they have neither storeroom nor barn, and yet God feeds them; how much more valuable you are than the birds!
Don’t think for one second we are on our own and don’t hesitate to call on the Lord at any time trouble or not.
Every Father likes to hear from His sons and daughters, not just about your problems but also, your successes. The joy that you find in life, God wants you to share that joy with Him. He wants to enjoy the moment with you and to be part of that moment with you.
Hebrews 4:14-16 "Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need."
God knows everything we go through. He knows the struggles we face and the trials that come are approved by Him; some we cause and some are from Him.
Some things we can’t imagine God would put us through, surely God wouldn’t do this to me? When we face trials and blessings, we need to keep God in the mix of our lives. In both good times and bad, He is with us and He wants to help and encourage us every single time. No problem is too big or too small.
