Learning to live a victorious life is not a formula but it can be learned!
23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
27 so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; 28 for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’
13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.
2 Timothy 2:15
15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
35 Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed.
8 Cause me to hear Your loving-kindness in the morning,
For in You do I trust;
Cause me to know the way in which I should walk,
For I lift up my soul to You.
5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
The answer is both, the physical part of us is and will remain flesh, however we are led by the Spirit which is connected to the Holy Spirit. For those who are new creations in Christ, our spirit owes its existence and desire to the Spirit of God. As John Piper writes, “True worship comes only from spirits made alive and sensitive by the quickening of the Spirit of God”. God’s Spirit ignites and energizes our spirit.
Every morning is the beginning of the rest of your life, how we start that day plays an important role in how it ends. How about this …15 minutes every morning = New Life, New Outcome
